TL;DR — My Beta Calco is the signed-in area a sales agent uses on the public website (not the admin backend). It's where you build and price customer quotes, keep track of your quotes, look up sales orders and shipment status, and grab sales collateral. This section walks through those tasks the way an agent does them.

Who this is for​

The other sections of this guide are the back office — the admin backend where staff manage the catalog, settings, and the reference data behind pricing. This section is the front line: the tools a sales agent sees after logging in on the website. The two fit together — for example, the tax rates, payment terms, commission tiers, and volume discounts an agent's quote uses are all set up in Quotes & sales.

You reach My Beta Calco by logging in on the public site (the person icon, top right) and using the menu of buttons — My Quotes · My Profile · Resources · Sales Tools · Shipment Tracking · Sales Orders · Logout. Some agents also see Administrate Quotes — that's a manager-only view and isn't covered here.
