Pricing, BOM & ERP — admin guide
Audience: operators (some tasks are specialist) · Scope: price imports and the Infor-linked tools · Last reviewed: 2026-07-12
TL;DR — Two kinds of thing live here. Importing the price list is a routine admin task. The Infor tools — the BOM (bill of materials) calculators, the margin/costing tool, and the fail reports — are specialist, used by estimating/engineering staff and tied to the Infor ERP system. Most operators only touch the price-list import.
Tasks
- Import the price list
- The BOM & costing tools (specialist)
- Review BOM fetch-fail reports
- Set up a SQL to Google Sheet export — permission-restricted
These are grouped in the menu under Infor Integrations (plus Price List Import at the top level).
Also here (mostly automated)
- Schedule exports — the production, fabrication, assembly, and warehouse-kitting schedules are exported to Google Sheets automatically on a schedule. There's no button to press; if a schedule sheet looks stale, it's a job that runs behind the scenes — report it to your Beta-Calco contact rather than trying to trigger it.
Many of these tools read live data from the Infor system. If a tool errors or returns nothing, the Infor connection (not your input) is often the cause — note the error and check with your Beta-Calco contact.
Screens and labels can differ slightly between environments — if a label doesn't match what you see, check with your Beta-Calco contact.
