TL;DR — Start here before anything else. These articles show you how to get into the admin area, read the menu, and use the add / edit / list screens that work the same way across the whole site. Once you know these, every other system in this guide will feel familiar.

Read these five in order the first time — they build on each other, and the whole set takes about twenty minutes. After that, come back to any one of them as a reference.

Why this matters

Almost everything you manage — a news post, a product, a finish, a sales setting — is a list of items you add to and edit. The buttons and fields look the same everywhere: the same Add, the same Save, the same Published switch, the same Visible for these Groups box. Learn them once here, and the rest of the guide can focus on what to enter rather than how the screen works.

Screens and labels can differ slightly between environments — if a label doesn't match what you see, check with your Beta-Calco contact.
